All purchases made through AzathBot are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for a refund under normal circumstances.

AzathBot provides access to digital services and virtual mining power that begins operating shortly after purchase.

Due to the nature of these services, refunds cannot be issued once the service has been delivered or activated.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for understanding the nature of the service before making a purchase.

This includes acknowledging that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are volatile
• Returns may fluctuate over time

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if required by applicable law or in rare cases where a critical technical error has occurred and the service was not delivered.

5. Chargebacks and Abuse

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid reason may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account
• Permanent ban from the service
• Loss of all associated rewards and access

AzathBot reserves the right to contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
