2. Nature of the Service

AzathBot is a Discord-based platform that allows users to purchase virtual mining power and receive Bitcoin (BTC) rewards over time.

Rewards distributed through AzathBot are based on mining activity operated by the owner, including mining performed through third-party platforms such as GoMining.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, users do not directly own mining hardware, cloud mining contracts, or infrastructure.

3. No Financial Advice

AzathBot does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information provided through the service is for general informational purposes only.

Cryptocurrency is volatile, and earnings, rewards, and profitability are never guaranteed.

4. Payments and Purchases

Users may purchase mining power through the platform. By making a purchase, you agree that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

Unless required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable.

AzathBot reserves the right to change pricing, rewards, features, and purchase conditions at any time without prior notice.

5. Rewards and Earnings

BTC rewards are variable and may change over time depending on mining performance, third-party platform conditions, network difficulty, market conditions, and other external factors.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. AzathBot does not guarantee fixed returns, profits, or a specific ROI.

6. Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available BTC balance, subject to any minimum withdrawal requirements shown on the platform.

Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.

AzathBot reserves the right to delay, reject, or review withdrawals if abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or technical issues are suspected.

7. Referrals

AzathBot may offer referral rewards or bonuses. Referral abuse, including but not limited to fake accounts, self-referrals, automated abuse, or misleading promotion, is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in referral cancellation, loss of rewards, or suspension of access to the service.

8. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for securing their Discord account, wallet access, recovery credentials, and any related login or recovery data.

AzathBot is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts, forgotten credentials, or user negligence.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, exploit, or manipulate the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Misrepresent AzathBot, its rewards, or its referral system

AzathBot may suspend or terminate access at any time if these rules are violated.

10. Service Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

AzathBot does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, continuous availability, or error-free operation. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzathBot and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use of the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, lost rewards, service interruptions, third-party failures, or cryptocurrency market losses.

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of AzathBot after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
